Starting out 2012 with Dax Moy

I've just signed up for Personal Trainer Dax Moy's ED MAP 2012 Challenge and I'll be keeping a day by day, blow by blow account of the whole thing.  This should be a great program to get me started towards my goal of getting pretty lean (~10% BF) within the first 6 months of 2012.
